• Certificate: After the exam you register as a TIPA® Professional Member (annual fee – first year included in the course fee). After sufficient experience you can be certified as a TIPA® Lead Assessor.

• Prerequisites: TIPA® Assessor for ITIL® certification.
• Number of participants: 4-8
• Duration: 2 days, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Location: Pune India
• Exam: 2 hrs. (+30 min if English is not your native language) “closed book” exam of a multiple-choice, scenario based, 40 questions. To pass the exam, you must have min. 28 correct answers (70%). Bring your own Windows-PC to the exam. Before the exam, TIPA® Assessor for ITIL® certificates will be checked.

Objectives and purpose:

Enable the participant to use the TIPA® tools to conduct a standardised TIPA® Assessment of process maturity of ITIL® processes in an organisation as a TIPA® Lead Assessor. Give the participant guidelines for, in cooperation with the top management, to define scope, plan, execution and reporting for the TIPA® Assessment. Enable the participant to manage a TIPA® -Assessment using standardised tools and how to setup the team of TIPA® Assessors.

After registration as a TIPA® Professional, you have access to tools and material to conduct a TIPA® Assessment as Lead Assessor.

Description: The course will cover the following topics:

• The definitions in the TIPA® model, how to set scope, make the plan, execute the plan, manage the resources, and reporting for a TIPA® Assessment.
• How to set the TIPA® Assessment Team with TIPA® Assessors.
• How to determine the maturity level for the individual ITIL® processes ISO/IEC 15504.
• How to validate classifications, conclusion and recommendations from the TIPA® Assessment Team against the TIPA® model and ISO/IEC 15504-33000.
• Reporting finding and recommendation to top management

Cancellation/refund policy:

The course will be held when there is a minimum of 4 confirmed participants 2 weeks before the course. Up to this date, there’s no fee for cancellation.

If you cancel your participation after this date, there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the price. The cancellation fee is 100% of the price 1 week before start of the course.

Courses can’t be swapped between individuals, as sign-up for exam is personal.

If the course is cancelled due to too few participants, the full payment will be refunded.

TIPA® is an acronym Tudor ITSM Process Assessment. TIPA® is a framework and a standardised tool to determine the maturity levels of IT processes and enables process improvements.
